After seeing Matias Myllyrinne's keynote at GDC Europe last month it has been weighing on my mind that I've never played through the Max Payne games. With this is mind I purchased the two game bundle on Steam and hope to enjoy them over the next few days. Max Payne is giving me a little trouble, I've been spolit by recent easier shooters. Single close shotgun blast will equal death, even on the lowest difficulty setting. Now having quite a bit more fun with Max Payne, got my hands on some of the better weapons and feeling the slickness of the combat a bit more. Back from Yorkshire and back into The Fall of Max Payne. Really enjoying this one, bullet time runs slower and you get more of it, new weapons are good too. Finshed The Fall of Max Payne now. Well worth the price of admission for both games, though I'd say I prefer the second one. I'm pretty excited for Alan Wake now, hopefully Remedy can pull something really spectacular out of the bag.
